Single occupancy of twin or double room carries a £20 surcharge per night.
General Information
Bookings
We accept reservations (subject to availability) for any day of the week for any length of stay except one night bookings over weekends from Easter - November.
Deposit Requirements
A deposit of £25 per person is required on booking.
For Group Bookings of 6 or more people a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required.
Arrival
Rooms will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive earlier in the day, please arrange a time prior to arrival.
Evening Arrival
If you anticipate arriving after 9.00pm, please let us know in advance.
Please note that NO check-in is available after 10.00pm.
Departure
We ask you to leave your room and settle your account by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Payment
We accept cheques or cash. We do not accept payment by credit card for amounts under £100. Accounts over £100 can be settled by credit card but regrettably we do have to pass on the Banks commission charge.
Parking
On arrival please drive up to the house in order to unload your baggage & then transfer your car to the large car park available for guests use.
Parking is at your own risk.
Smoking
Please note that Jinlye is a totally non-smoking house.
Fax Service
The Fax at Jinlye is for our own business use. If you do need to use this facility a charge of £2 per page for incoming and outgoing faxes will be made.
Dogs
We regret that we do NOT allow dogs at Jinlye — either inside or in your vehicle on the premises.

The Stables are let on a weekly basis running from Saturday to Saturday.
All linen, bedding and towels are provided at no extra charge.
The oil central heating is provided and electricity is run by a meter taking £1 coins.
A complimentary basket of logs for the open fire is also provided.
Extra logs are charged at £6 per large basket.
ARRIVAL
The Stables will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival. Please check-in at Jinlye and then we will show you to your accommodation. There is ample parking available next to The Stables.
DEPARTURE
We ask you to vacate The Stables and settle your account by 11am on the day of departure. We prefer payment by cheques or cash. Accounts can be settled by credit card but regrettably we do have to pass on the Banks commission charge.
BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR BED & BREAKFAST and SELF-CATERING
A reservation made in writing or by telephone is a contract between the person making the reservation and Jinlye Guest House. A reservation should whenever possible be confirmed in writing and include the required deposit (see above) which is NON-RETURNABLE.
If a reservation is cancelled or you fail to take up all or part of the accommodation booked and we are unable to re-let the accommodation you may be liable to forfeit your deposit and further payment may be asked for.
